Loved the leather sofas and traditional decor. The staff were so lovely. The breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful, every one of them. Spa was good. Room huge and good view from balcony. Very close to main slopes and lifts- 5 mins walk. Would definitely recommend.
Best hotel in Borovets!!
This is the best hotel experience i’ve had in Borovets. The rooms,the spa,the food everything was amazing. The staff is excellent they were very nice and understanding.The maids keep everything clean all if the time without messing up your stuff.

This is a charming and beautiful full service hotel. It has a wonderful deco and bar and restaurant. I took my children for their 18th and 20th birthdays. The staff helped me throughout my stay. I can highly recommend the restaurant, spa facilities and heros ski hire (internal to the hotel). The pool here is warmer than the Rila. The food here is better then the Rila. The staff are nicer. I will be back again, as this hotel is just away from the main restaurant and bars and as such does not suffer from any noise. Don't delay, book it.

Wonderful place!
We organized a corporate event at Festa Winter Palace, and everything was top-notch – excellent service, delicious food, cozy rooms, and a relaxing spa center. We highly recommend it!

Хотелът съчетава стил, уют и професионализъм. Стаите бяха много удобни и чисти, храната – вкусна и разнообразна, а СПА центърът и масажите допълниха пълноценното преживяване. Персоналът беше винаги усмихнат и отзивчив. Сърдечно благодарим за гостоприемството – с радост бихме се върнали отново!
