We have just returned from this hotel. The hotel was spotless, we found all the staff friendly and polite, particularly the reception staff who were very helpful and Iva and Anton behind the bar ensured we always had a drink and service with a smile. Well positioned for both Sunny Beach and Nessebar. We had a lovely room with a sea and pool view. Food you could always find something to eat. Breakfasts were good and there are sandwiches and snacks and fruit always available, so good to stock up on if you are out for the day. Bus stop outside so you can easily get the bus into Sunny Beach and Nessbar if you don't fancy walking. Regular buses to Bourgas as well.
Absolutely fantastic holiday 5 star all around
Went to this hotel on 1st September for 7 days ,tbh we didn't know what to expect as we were going to go to Tenerife,the hotel was spotlessly clean ,the food was out of this world,staff were friendly, plenty to eat during the day snacks supplied,hot dogs , chips and toasted sandwiches at outside pool bar ,we paid the extra for a seaview room which was an absolute fantastic sight from our top floor balcony,water supplied to your room every day and beds made everyday,do visit the old town of nessebar it's 25 walk or 7 liv for a train ride,we are definitely booking again next year, probably the cleanest friendliest country we have been to.many thanks to all the staff that made us have a fantastic holiday.

The service was exceptionally good. The receptionist (Christina) made sure we were comfortable. She answered all our questions and generally took care of us. Hope to see her again next year.
A wonderful stay
Our stay was fantastic! The staff is amazing, and the view is stunning, especially from the outdoor pool. The rooms have high ceilings, so you don’t feel like you’re in a shoebox, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful, featuring a large shower. The food was excellent, even for a picky eater like myself. If you have dietary restrictions or follow a specific diet, you’ll find plenty of options. The drinks weren’t the best, but there was always something to enjoy. On the other hand, the coffee was unexpectedly good! The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service area with drinks and sandwiches, which is perfect if you get hungry late at night or between meals. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be back!
