SUPPLEMENTS:

♦ Children up to 3.99 years  - free of charge. Baby cots are free of charge and are available upon request;

♦ Child from 4 to 13.99 years on extra bed with 2 adults in Small apartment / Family room / SPA Apartment and Maisonette - 30% of the price per adult in the room for the selected period;

♦ Child from 4 to 13.99 years on regular bed with 1 adult in Double room Deluxe - 50% of the price per person in the room for the selected period;

♦ Child from 4 to 13.99 years on extra bed with 1 adult and 1 child in Double room Deluxe - 50% of the price per person in the room for the selected period; 

♦ Adult on extra bed - 75% of the price per person in the room for the selected period; 

♦ Dinner /adult/ - 40 BGN, per person, per day;

♦ Dinner / child 4 years - 13.99 years / - 20 BGN, per child, per day;

♦ Parking /garage/ - 20 BGN per car, per day;

♦ Parking /outdoor/ - 12 BGN per car, per day.

 

Payments: 

♦ An advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation. The rest of the amount is paid no later than 7 working days before the date of check-in.

 

Cancellations & NO SHOW: 

♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 10 days before the date of check-in. After this period, a penalty is invoiced in the amount of the advance payment.

♦ In case of no-show  a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is canceled.

♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refundable and the remaining nights on the reservation are canceled!
