PAYMENT TERMS:

♦ An advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation.

♦ The rest of the amount is paid no later than 5 working days before the date of check-in.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW:

♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 5 working days before the date of check-in. After this period, a penalty of 1 night is invoiced.

♦ In case of no show (No show) a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is canceled.

♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refundable and the remaining nights on the reservation are canceled.
