PAYMENT TERMS: 

♦ 100% of the amount is required to be paid after confirmation of the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW: 

♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted no later than 5 days before the date of accommodation. After this period a penalty of 1 night will be charged.

♦ In case of no show, the amount of the deposit is non-refundable.

♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the paid amounts are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled!

♦ Festa Flexible: In case of force majeure or a positive PCR test, guests who have booked and prepaid their stay at Festa Hotels are provided with a voucher with the value of the paid amount, which can be used at any hotel, part of Festa Hotels. Guests have the opportunity to change the names of the reservations, as well as the name of the hotel within the group. This flexibility option is valid for current and future bookings with a planned stay until 31.12.2022.
