CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
♦ An advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation.
The rest of the amount is paid no later than 10 working days before the date of check-in.
♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 20 days before the date of check-in.
♦ In case of cancellation, the amount of the advance payment (50% of the reservation price) is non-refundable.
♦ In case of no show (No show), a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is canceled.
♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refundable and the remaining nights are canceled.
