PAYMENT TERMS:

♦ 10% discount for early bookings for reservations made until 30.11.2023.

The reservations with a discount for early bookings are considered confirmed after the hotel receives a prepayment of 100% of the amount within 5 working days of written confirmation of the booking.

 

♦ The reservations without a discount for early bookings are considered confirmed after the hotel receives a prepayment of 50% of the amount within 5 days after receiving written confirmation from the hotel. And the rest of the amount has to be paid no later than 21 working days before the arrival of the guest.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

♦ For early booking reservations, cancellations without penalty are not accepted. In case of cancellation, the advance payment of 100% of the reservation value is non-refundable.

♦ For reservations WITHOUT discount, cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 21 days before the check-in date. After this period, a penalty is invoiced in the amount of the advance payment made.

♦ In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled.

♦ In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid sums are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled!
