SPECIAL PACKAGE PRICES PER ROOM /30 NIGHTS - 1 MONTH/:

♦ Accommodation in a Studio - 1050 EUR / per room / up to 2 guests;

♦ Accommodation in an Apartment – 1350 EUR / per room/ up to 3 guests;

 

 

 

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

♦ All rooms have a kitchenette and are equipped with a stove, a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, dishes;

♦ Fitness;

♦ Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel;

♦ Basic cleaning once a week;

♦ 24-hour video surveillance;

♦ All fees (resort tax, VAT);

 

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES WE CAN PROVIDE:

♦ Laundry: The hotel provides preferential rates for laundry.

♦ Indoor parking: Price per day, per car - EUR 6;

♦ Transfers: Transfers are available from and to Burgas Airport, as well as to any point in the country;

♦ Breakfast: Adult - EUR 8 / per person, per day. Child from 3 years to 13.99 years - EUR 4 / per child, per day;

♦ Breakfast and dinner: Adult - EUR 25 / per person, per day. Child from 3 years to 13.99 years - EUR 12 / per child, per day;

♦ Breakfast, lunch and dinner: Adult - EUR 35 / per person, per day. Child from 3 years to 13.99 years - EUR 18 / per child, per day;

* Meals are served from a daily menu. During lunch and dinner - salad, main course and dessert are included. Water and a glass of draught wine are included during dinner.

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

♦ The reservations are considered confirmed after the hotel receives a prepayment of 100% of the amount within 5 working days after receiving written confirmation from the hotel.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

♦ Cancellations without penalty are not accepted. In case of cancellation, the amount of the advance payment of 100% of the reservation value is non-refundable.

♦ In the case of no show - 100% of the amount is invoiced as a penalty.

♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid will not be refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation will be cancelled!
