♦ Accommodation in a Studio - BGN 1,900 / per room / up to 2 guests;

♦ Accommodation in an Apartment - BGN 1,900 / per room / up to 3 guests;

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

♦ All rooms have a kitchenette and are equipped with a stove, a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, dishes;

♦ Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel;

♦ Basic cleaning once a week;

♦ 24-hour video surveillance;

♦ All fees (resort tax, VAT);

ADDITIONAL SERVICES WE CAN PROVIDE:

♦ Indoor parking: BGN 15 per day, for 1 car

PAYMENT TERMS:

♦ An advance payment of 100% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

♦ In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled.

♦ In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid amounts are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled.
