PAYMENT TERMS:

♦ The rest of the amount is paid no later than 5 working days before the date of check-in.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW:
♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 5 working days before the check-in date. After this period, a penalty of 1 night is invoiced.
♦ In case of no-show of a guest (No show), a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is canceled.
♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are canceled.
