ACCOMMODATION:

♦ Minimum stay - 3 nights in the period 14.04.2023 - 08.05.2023 incl.

♦ Check-in - after 2:00 PM, check-out - until 12:00 at noon.

♦ Accommodation starts with dinner and ends with breakfast.

♦ Early check-in after 10:00 AM and/or late check-out after 12:00 at noon - upon prior request.

♦ Parking - limited places, for a fee - BGN 12 per day.

♦ Personal safety deposit box - Free of charge.

♦ Free use of Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel.

♦ Tourist tax, insurance and VAT.

♦ Breakfast - 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM / Dinner - 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM.

♦ Festive Easter lunch on April 16th with Easter eggs, Easter bread, roasted lamb, spring green salad, Easter muffins for the children.

♦ Festive lunch on May 6th with roasted lamb, spring green salad and various Bulgarian dishes, presented with a new, modern interpretation.

PAYMENT POLICY: 

♦ An advance payment of 50% of the reservation amount is required within 5 working days after confirmation of the reservation.

♦ The rest of the amount is paid no later than 7 working days before the check-in date.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW: 

♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 7 working days before the check-in date. After this period, a penalty in the amount of 1 night is invoiced.

♦ In case of No show, a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled.

♦ In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid amounts are non refundable and the remaining nights on the reservation will be cancelled!
