PAYMENTS: 

♦ An advance payment of 50% of the reservation amount is required within 5 working days after confirmation of the reservation.

♦ The rest of the amount is paid no later than 7 working days before the check-in date.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW: 

♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 7 working days before the check-in date. After this period, a penalty in the amount of 1 night is invoiced.

♦ In case of No show, a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled.

♦ In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid amounts are non refundable and the remaining nights on the reservation will be cancelled!
