SURCHARGES:

♦ Child up to 2.99 years old – Free of charge. A baby cot bed is given for free upon request;

♦ Child from 3 to 12,99 years old on an additional bed with 2 adults – 30% of the adult price for the chosen room and period.

♦ Child from 3 to 12,99 years old on a regular bed in Double room with 1 adult – 50% of the adult price for the chosen room and period;

♦ Child from 3 to 12,99 years old on an additional bed with 1 adult and 1 child – 50% of the adult price for the chosen room and period;

♦ Adult on an additional bed - 75% of the adult price for the chosen room and period;

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

♦ The reservations are considered confirmed after the hotel receives a prepayment of 50% of the amount within 5 working days after receiving written confirmation from the hotel.

♦ The rest of the amount is paid no later than 5 working days before the arrival at the hotel;

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW: 

♦ Cancellations without penalty are not accepted. In case of cancellation, the amount of the advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is non-refundable.

♦ In the case of no show - 100% of the amount is invoiced as a penalty.

♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid will not be refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation will be cancelled!
