♦ Beach package – sunbeds and parasols on the beach in front of the hotel. In accordance with the guidelines presented by the Bulgarian Health authorities, the sunbeds and parasols are placed under a specific distance between each other, therefore their numbers are limited;

PAYMENT POLICY (FESTA VIA PONTICA RESORT / POMORIE HOTEL):

♦ The reservations are considered confirmed after the hotel receives a prepayment of 50% of the amount within 5 working days after receiving written confirmation from the hotel.

♦ The rest of the amount is paid no later than 5 working days before the arrival at the hotel;

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW (FESTA VIA PONTICA RESORT / POMORIE HOTEL): 

♦ Cancellations without penalty are not accepted. In case of cancellation, the amount of the advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is non-refundable.

♦ In the case of no show - 100% of the amount is invoiced as a penalty.

♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid will not be refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation will be cancelled!

♦ Festa Flexible: In case of force majeure or a positive PCR test, guests who have booked and prepaid their stay at Festa Hotels are provided with a voucher with the value of the amount paid, which can be used at any hotel of the chain. Guests have the opportunity to change the names of the reservations, as well as the name of the hotel within the group, regardless of whether the reservation is made with a discount for an early booking. This flexibility option is valid for current and future bookings with a planned stay until 31.12.2023.
