PAYMENT TERMS: 

♦ An advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation.

♦ The rest of the amount is paid no later than 5 working days before the date of check-in.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW: 

♦ Cancellations without penalty are not accepted. In case of cancellation, the amount for the advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is non-refundable.

♦ In case of no-show of a guest (No show), a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is canceled.

♦ In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are canceled!
