PAYMENT TERMS:
♦ 10% discount for early bookings for reservations made until 30.11.2023.
Early bird discount bookings require an advance payment of 100% of the booking value within 5 working days of written confirmation of the booking.
♦ For reservations WITHOUT discount for early bookings, an advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation. The rest of the amount is paid no later than 14 days before the check-in date.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:
♦ For early bird discount bookings, cancellations without penalty are not accepted. In case of cancellation, the advance payment of 100% of the reservation value is non-refundable.
♦ For bookings WITHOUT an early bird discount, cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 14 days before the check-in date. After this period, a penalty is invoiced in the amount of the advance payment made.
♦ In case of non-appearance of the guest (No show), a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled.
♦ In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid amounts are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled!
