PAYMENT TERMS:

♦ An advance payment of 100% of the reservation value is required up to 5 working days after written confirmation of reservations made with a discount for early bookings, the balance up to 14 days before the date of arrival /for Christmas package/, up to 21 days before the date of arrival for /New Year's package/;

♦ An advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required up to 5 working days after written confirmation of reservations made WITHOUT a discount for early bookings, the rest no later than 14 days before check-in;

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW:

♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 14 working days before the date of arrival /for Christmas package/; up to 21 days before the date of check-in /for New Year's Eve/. After this period, a 50% penalty of the package price is invoiced.

♦ In case of no-show of a guest (No show), a penalty of 100% of the entire accommodation is due and the reservation is canceled.

♦ For reservations made with a discount for early booking, the amount is non-refundable.
