PAYMENT TERMS:

 

♦ Reservations are considered confirmed after prepayment of 50% of the total amount within 5 working days after confirmation by Festa Hotels AD, and the balance is due until 30.11.2023.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW:

 

♦ For cancellations of reservations until 30.11.2023 - 50% of the amount is retained as a penalty. In case of cancellations of reservations after this period - 100% of the amount is retained as a penalty. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice if payment is not received within the specified time.

♦ In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled.

♦ In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid amounts are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled.
